The Fourth Commandment

This week’s sermon was taken from Exodus. The theme was “Keep Holy the Sabbath”. After talking about how important it is for us to take time out of our lives for just for ourselves so that we can spiritually rejuvenate, the pastor asked us to close our eyes and take a minute to just be with ourselves. I was in the cry room with Addison and sitting on the floor anyway, so I got into a meditative position and closed my eyes. Two seconds later I felt a mouthful of goldfish crackers being spit into my upturned palm, right before Addison sat in my lap and proceeded to (repeatedly) poke me in the eye. You can tell the Lord made the fourth commandment before He had a kid.

Just Barely trying to keep holy anything,
Amy

What’s this fourth commandment about which you speak? Is that like…the right to bear arms?
